The entire three floors of the Triplex look out onto an internal courtyard garden area facing south, so the apartment is extremely quiet and bathed in sunlight for most of the day. Once inside the apartment, a small hallway leads to a spacious living room of approximately 300-square feet, featuring several large windows overlooking the beautiful courtyard. The living room has a stone fireplace and the wall is lined with bookcases. A well-designed, open floor kitchen is adjacent to the dining room. On the fifth floor, there is a large bathroom and a large master bedroom.
